Global Tax Free Singapore
Global Tax Free Singapore was established in 2011 as Global Tax Free’s first overseas subsidiary. It has expanded its business foundation by applying IT capabilities and operational expertise in Singapore, one of the advanced markets for tax refunds.
It is reported to have been the first Asian company to obtain a GST refund operator license from the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). Tax refund services began in 2014, and it was selected as a Central Refund Counter (CRC) operator at Changi Airport in 2016.
It acquired Premier Tax Free Singapore’s tax refund business in 2018 and began its contract and services with Takashimaya in 2024. It continues to expand its service network while building on local operational experience.
